When it just seems like things are going smooth and everything, I met this guy friend this morning and he straight away asked me, "Bro, amacam... awek paka sihat?". I replied "Do you have a girlfriend?" OOpps that might be too harsh n personal for a 'lonely guy'. Then again it's funny he is a super lonely guy, but that's not a reason for you to hate him LOL. The silence wasn't long though as I changed topic just to keep the ball rolling. But still revolving around issue "Woman?".
{silent phase part II} no comment...
"But hey, we have some beautiful woman engineers here in PAKA rite?" I said that just to comfort him. But then I explained to him the ugly truth about woman engineers and why I don't date them:
- That yellow jumpsuit is their 'formal dress' until 7:00 PM. McD & Burger King is their seven-course meal. And they keep on whining about dieting, yet again. Sometimes I wish I can date them in their coverall as they look better in it compared to their 'informal dress' ... oucch~
- The only social life known of is to post and talk on the phone and on the net (FB especially). And life usually ends at 10:30 PM.
- Flames like a monster and speaks like a MONSTER. Jokes won't work either
- Works from 6:30am to 7:30pm daily. No morning chats & evening walks.
- No matter how bad you want her, she just sits there calmly discussing your emotion in terms of mathematical logic & reasoning. She will also mention how bad she wants you while reading McGraw-Hill Thermodynamic textbook... boringgg~
- Only listens to modern electronic voice songs to reflect the uptodate-ness and appreciating new technologies . Sometimes going old skool is really not that bad you know. I like Billy Joel's
- Talk about daily, monthly, and yearly planning more often than about you (I bet some of u guys hv experienced this quite alot). Being guys, we dun really care about it most of the times, but sometimes well... hearing something about us would be nice =)
- Talks in acronyms and 'shorthand's. Ooooh dammmn!! (or she might just say 'O D.M.N')
- Can't leave that damn pencil off her right hand and phone off her left hand for a minute.
- The best date place she's ever suggested is ... starbucks (coz WIFI is there and it's free)
Too rare huh. What happens if you break it? it will be hard for you too find the 'spareparts' etc. Later, it might be beyond repair.

(100 woman engineers are reading this)
Swooooshh..(wind sound) ~ THERE GOES MY CHANCE TO DATE WOMAN ENGINEERS sob sob LOL
Jangan marah gadis2 semua. Just for the sake of writing only. Dun get mad, or else you really do fall under category 3 that i mentioned above. Want me to fix you?

Kehidupan di Paka sangat tenang. Malah terlebih tenang seperti seekor dugong. Semenjak kebelakangan ni rasanya otak macam wank sikit, keupayaan berfikir menjadi semakin perlahan, otak semakin kurang kreatif, dan selalu penat. Walau bagaimana pun keupayaan makan masih mantap~
Tiba-tiba teringat kata-kata steve carell dalam movie 40 yr old virgin, "If you don't use it, you will lose it?", BUT he's referring to other thing though. Macam engine kereta, lama sangat tak pakai memang susah nak start engine. Sebab itu engine maintenance is a must.
Untuk otak pulak membaca (nodding) + muzik (huh?) is the maintenance. Yes sir, MUSIC.
Disebabkan saya sangat malas membaca, kalau baca pon baca comic or engineering stuffs yang akan menyebabkan otak semakin penat, maka mendengar muzik adalah pilihan tepat. Memang berbaloi-baloi.
Tapi jangan dengar sahaja, GET INTO IT!!!
Indeed, it is the best heart/brain therapy.
Tapi, even Bob KU2 pon power main guitar, so jari besar bukan lah excuse. Usaha tangga kejayaan. OK, just learned Situasi by Bunkface yesterday nite, let me perfect it so that you all can sing it along with me later on hahah =). Rock on!!!
*Tapi kalau teruk sangat xder bakat, I'ma sell that Rm400 ringgit epiphone guitar dekat Mudah hehe jk
So lesson learnt? Try new things in life to bring something different to your world. Don't let the world shapes you, Let you shape the world.

Game 6 in Portland. What are the odds?
Salaam,
Wow it's been a 'very' while. It's not like I was too busy or something, it's just that I got nothing to write!!! Guess living in Paka has slowed me down a lil bit. Used to be a super hyper active guy, but now.... super hyper lazy guy. Dammn bored!!!
Enough of this paka stuff, hey I'm just so excited after watching Game 4 of NBA playoff between Phoenix Suns vs Portland TrailBlazers. Suns lost though but it was a close one. Led by the magician himself, Steve Nash, the Suns lost their 4th game (still) in a hard way after unexpected return of Brandon Roy sparks a blazing 31 pts over the Suns.
Game ties up at 2-2. And it all comes down to Game 5, the must-win game. Suns need to win game 5 with dominating fashion or else they won't make it in game 6. It's all psychological game here. But in ball game, even a magician can be tricked!!!
Lay up... right hand + right leg. Isn't that unorthodox???
Have faith, GO SUNS!!!!

Hey guys,
Last week I went to an oasis-like Gambang Resort celebrating PASB family day. Memang best. Mula-mula kena pergi ke sekolah kanak2 OKU in Kemaman di mana mengecat menjadi tugas utama kami di samping menjaga adik2 OKU ni mewarna. Memang fun ar plus diorang memang hebat color. Yang makan pencil color pun ade gak. On the other hand, my painting part, I have no comment sebab agak mengecawakan sebenarnya. Tangan biasa pegang spanar, mana reti pegang2 berus ni. Pegang berus gigi atau berus tandas hebat ar. Anyway we managed to finish it nonetheless with engineering aspect included e.g dry thickness = 50 micron, wet thickness = 100 micron haha.

Kemahiran tangan yang teserlah... inilah bakat terpendam orang kata

With the theme: 3T (Tribute to Turtle)
Other than bermandi manda at the water park, malam penutupan itu was the best. Bertemakan "Hawaiian Nite". Nasib meja bujang mmg bertuah, all of us menang hadiah cabutan bertuah, ... thumbdrive, water heater, hamper (got wine in it lah pulak), G-shock watches, n gas voucher bernilai RM 50. Nice
At least, it wasn't a boring weekend.

I've been studying the effects of bad oil against rotating machinery, to be specific on this particular gearbox which operates 24 hrs with input speed of 1500 rpm and gear ratio of 18. I've been looking closely at this machine for almost 6 month now and I have to say, it psychs me every time I think about it. It started off when I found a chipped or a better a way to say it, a spalled gear tooth.

It has to be the oil, it has to be the oil... I said to myself again & again. Micropitting can be caused by a too-thin oil film i.e a higher viscosity oil is needed and/or oil is badly contaminated. I forgot to mention, the oil foamed badly when we opened up the gearbox which suggests i) air entered the gearbox from loose piping or broken seal ii) too much detergent effect: detergent cleans the formation of debris from combustion at the gear teeth, which later suggests a more thicker oil is needed & iii) contamination.
So, I guess it's time for oil analysis now. We sent 3 sampels which two of them are the used oil (1 year old, used oil) and the other one is a fresh-from-an-unopen-barrel oil for base reading. SUPrisingly, the new oil is as bad the used oil!!! I mean contamination wise! TAN is slightly high than the used one but you have to remember Acid Number curve againts time is bath tub shape meaning it starts off high, goes down and goes back up again. So TAN is not the issue here. Hmmm Petronas didn't do a good job when blending this oil. So I came up with an idea or better yet a program which we'll only accept oil with cleanliness cert i.e QA/QC cert to ensure the new oil is fresh! One day will be implemented.
Now, WAY FORWARD?? Now we change the oil once in every two month and using a fully synthetic oil which posses a better Vicosity Index compared to Mineral Oil. It's expensive but worth every penny. So whenever you find spalling teeth, act quickly as the gearbox will fail in no time. It might be months, weeks... ummm maybe days. Stay sharp guys, eyes on the oil!!!
Just wanted to share; knowledge is power
Kabsah... Kabsah... Kabsah... A great food indeed and what a great night that was with all the jokes and laughing. There were like 30 of us eating and hangin' out... most of of them are Izni's frens I guess. Nazriq, Hafiz and a few other Vandy guys were there as well. Al-Rawsha, well not the best Arab place that I've been to, but MasyaAllah brother (say it in arabic-like tounge) GOOD enough to remedize my tastebuds with all the spices and heat. Talkin' bout heat, I sweated alot in my new shirt... shouldn't wear it in the very first place, cis!! sigh~
And yeah thanks to Nabilah for the errrmmm..... I don't know what's the food called. Anyway thanks a lot Nabilon!!!! But hey the drinks were on me??? aint it??? I reserve my thanx then LOL..... Nabilah jom lepak lagi, I got 3 more weeks of cuti bergaji!!!
It was a fun nite nonetheless =) Baba time kasih la for the ride... esok pick up aku lagi. Janji melayu xper jangan janji pak itam sudah haha.

First of all, what the hell is MSDS? Well, Material Safety Data Sheet or MSDS is pretty much a guidance/facts sheet or I'd rather say more like a properties form where you can find all the basic properties of a material i.e boiling, flash, pour, viscosity index, toxicity, and even the "hazardousity" of that particular material. *Sometimes they refer to to Chemical Safety Data Sheet (CSDS) for basic properties of a chemical. Something that I would use in my daily job. I usually refer to MSDS or CDSD before using that material/chemical to avoid problem in the long run. It can cause you your life man if you just use a thing without knowing about it.
Anyway, due to high demand from my Get2knowledge's blog groupies & addicts (Wow do they really exist? I believe they do you skeptics!! I BELIEVE... I said it with my head nodding), so once again I'll share my engineering knowledge about women with you guys!!!
THE MSDS of Women
But apparently, the CSDS of Women is different depending on whether it's an organic compound or non-organic compound. However, this MSDS is good enough to guide you whenever you're using 'it', doesn't matter organic or non-organic alike.
Remember learn about woman MSDS before meeting her, and perhaps if you want to get to know more about her, ask for her CSDS. And I'm pretty sure it's either she gets hooked up or you get hooked by her right-handed-slam!! Ouucchhh..~
Hope this helps =)

Being at home for 3 weeks with no car and literally no leg sure is boring. So I decided to cover Aku Scandal by Hujan, since that's pretty much the thing that I can do for now. Btw it wasn't really well played... the strings are becoming harder and splintering and hurts my finger so bad whenever I play it. I guess it's time for new strings!!! =)

Aduhh sakitnya. Got admitted to hospital balik semalam. But this time it's not bcoz of that knee problem, it's kidney stone lah pulak. Memang sakit, sekarang pun tengah sakit nak tulis pon susah nie. Ya Allah perit nya ujian yang diberi...
Umme-Salamah Radiyallahu 'anha, the wife of Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, narrated: I heard Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam saying "Never a slave of Allah, afflicted with a calamity, who says (the following words), except that Allah will grant him for his calamity better than that"
"Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'oon. Allahumma'jurni fi musibati wa akhlif li khairam-minha"
Verily unto Allah we belong, and unto Him shall we return. O Allah! Reward me in my calamity, and grant me from it something better than that.

I came across this article in an "FW"ed email from my friend, Raja. It's written by Regina Brett, a 90-year-old woman of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland,Ohio
"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written."
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends & parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. *Skipped* religiously irrelevant
9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood.
But the second one is up to you and no one else.
20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.
23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. The most important sex organ is the brain.
25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words ''In five years, will this matter?".
27. Always choose life.
28. Forgive everyone everything.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
30. Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.
31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
33. Believe in miracles.
34. *Skipped*
35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
37. Your children get only one childhood.
38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's,
we'd grab ours back.
41. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
42. The best is yet to come.
43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
44. Yield.
45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift =)
How nice. She also relates some of the lessons with "friendship". Well, friends are important as "Friends are the family you choose for yourself". But are friends really friends? LOL hopefully
Wow growing older sure teaches us alot. Anyway, I remember asking a few times "How old are you?" to my technical coach, a 67 yo Filipino. But he always replied "Hmm, I forgot. I think 50, coz I stop counting my age when I was 49". Great!

Toyota MR-2 Spyder or so called MRS. A mid-engined, rear-drive, two-passenger sport car which everyone tries not to buy for the sake of their children. NO SEAT FOR THEM lar!!!
It's like a regular car btw. It's just that, I love sport car period. I'm planning to get another sport car one day... even after I got married, the passion never dies!!! *hopefully* hehe. I'm still learning about the car though, the engine, how to improve and so on. Still a long way to go.
Enough with the promotion. It's hard to describe it in words... give me a call, I'll be more than happy to take you for a ride in my little Spyder! Don't expect too much out of it, it's not a new car and having said that, I need to do some mods sooner or later, apearrance & performance-wise.
~ in 3 years it will be a bigger & better spyder InsyaAllah. I'll be 26 at that time and ready to make some "moves" =)
One thing i need to improve wt the car seriously.... I need a hard top pleeaaasseee...~

I went to Che Nor's (my mom's cousin) open house last Saturday. It was more like a family gathering rather than a typical Raya open house. The food was great but I ain't ate that much though, except this one dessert called Lompat Tikam (Lopak Tike, as we Kelantanese call it).Never tried it before nor heard about it. That was my first time and it tasted so damn good. I sure will look for it next time I go to Pasar Malam but I don't think they sell Lopak Tike.

Overall it wasn't a boring Saturday.

Salaam guys,
I went to the Twin Tower Medical Centre this morning for a medical check up. I gots to have it before being appointed as Petronas employee. But, it turned out to be the most embarrassing day ever, for ever ever, ever ever (mmm~ I sound like Kanye in "Diamonds From Sierra Leone") lulz! It happened in the restroom located specifically north-west of the information counter.
I was asked for a urine sample and here goes the rest of the story;
Warning (*12sx*)
"Encik, sila ikut saya ke tandas di hujung sana"
"Ok, jom"
He opened the restroom door for me.
"Terima kasih. Saya masuk ya, kejap lagi saya keluar balik"
"Oh tak, saya masuk skali"
"Takkan nk masuk skali? Tandas untuk sorang jer nie??
The male nurse made a smiley face
Chang Chang Chang ... (Panic-like background music)
I began to freak out realizing the male nurse is a lil bit sissy, not that sissy but still! All kinds of things went through my mind especially... OK, let's skip that part.
I was like "OMG, what the freakin' banana!!!! Takkan nak tunggu kat dalam kot?"
"Mintak maaf, ini ialah procedure dari Petronas untuk mengelakkan penipuan. Saya kena escort di sebelah Encik sampai selesai"
Fortunately, "the process" went smoothly whithout any [fill in your own words here]
Have you ever had someone standing next to you without any deviders, blinds or anything in between when you are doing the "finding-natural-peace" process? Well it wasn't funny, but I laughed non the less. I guess, it is what it is man! lulz
So for those who want to apply for Petronas, ya better GET READY for it might happen to you too!!! Chang Chang Chang.... (that panic-like background music strikes again!!!)
:: btw, I told the story not only to put a smile on people's face, but for me and you to THINK about! If you feel embarrassed when somebody's looking at you shi shi-ing, how come we're not feeling the same way when we know Allah is looking at us, and still, we commit maksiat? Think about it....

Assalamualaikum,
Baru sahaja semalam, kami sekeluarga menikmati kuih Akok & Pengat Pisang sebagai juadah more malah kelmarin pula Yong Tau Fu. Saya biasa panggilnya Leong Tau Fu, or to make it worst Hong Leong Tau Fu yang dibeli di bazaar Ramadhan. Sangat sedap!!!
Banyakkanlah amal soleh.
Keluarga & rakan-rakan, Selamat Berpuasa.
